The implementation team involves people with domain knowledge as well as skills in report design using the inbuilt report designer provided in the system. Throughout the life cycle of the project, standard project management methodologies are implemented through a central Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO process includes regular updates and review of the Daily Status Reports (DSR), Project Status Reporting (PSR). Any slippages resulting in time variance or cost variance are then highlighted via escalation of management action points to both Credence Analytics Management and Client Management.
We have an excellent infrastructure and process to provide regular support for customer sites. The India Development Center has VPN facility to be able to connect to the test environment in client network and provide instant support. In case of international clients, the local partner also provides local help desk and support for clarifications and system maintenance activities.
